Macro photgraphy...is there such an accesssory

I've had a quick search without luck. What I'm after is something to go around my focus ring, something like a rubber strap with a small arm on, so rather that focus by moving the actual focus ring, I can move the arm. IYSWIM??

There probably is (amazing what gizmos there are out there) but what about a large jubilee type ring/clip?
You could always drill a few holes around it to enable an `arm`to be used?

Typed the word "focus" into Ebay/Cameras and Photography and this was the 3rd result from the top.

Total time 10 seconds ! Quick searching doesn't get any quicker
