I am very new to macro photography, and have what I am sure is quite a basic question, so please bear with me!
I have just bought a Canon 100mm f2.8 macro lens, and have had a play with it on my 5DIII body. I have now established and saved settings which seem to work pretty well.
However it occurred to me that I could get even 'closer' to things using the 100mm lens on my back-up 50D body.
So, my question is simple - am i better using the full frame or the 1.6 crop sensor body for macro shots?
Many thanks
