Macro Tripod

Has anyone got recommendations for a tripod for Macro use?

In particular I've come across this

My macro shots are generally insects and spiders that don't stay still very long - a full on tripod is cumbersome takes too long to setup.

Is there anything like I've linked that anyone can recommend, the ergorest appears to be U.S. and I'm in the UK.

I have used a carbon fibre tripod for macro but since I bought a macro lens with IS I find that by using a reasonable shutter speed (200th or 250th) I can dispense with the tripod.

However, I do agree that under certain conditions more stability is required. That is when I would use the CF tripod either with a good light ballhead or even a gimbal.

I haven't found a monopod useful for macro.

With a flash and high shutter speed, stopping motion and eliminating camera shake certainly shouldn't be a problem.

My issue however will be consistently getting the focal plane in the right place at high magnifications, I like the idea of this tripod link can be used against the chest for greater control and stability
