:wave:have been intrested in photography now for some years swaped and changed camaras like the wind most of what i now is very little and just messing around with the camara..i have joined and payed for online courses..doh!!!! one problem im dyslexic and have problems lurnign things from that methord..so what i need is someone who can teach ..i pick things up very quickly when shown, rather than reading, kinda like looking at a book and seeing all the works jump around ..what a nightmair . but i have tryed and tryed and still want to persue this hobbie of mine .now i have seen adverts for practical courses GREAT ..doh again i have to work like most people do and the only ones i find are miles and miles away on the week ends and evenigns ..by the time id get there i would miss the class..so enough of me woffaling on ...anyone know were i can go for practical lessons in digital photograpgy ..evenings or weekends privert/studio/collage i dont mind but it has to be in the south wales area ,i have tralled through the internet with no joy ..im not as crazy as i sound honest laughs ..just love taking pics ..
 
:shrug: just my luck too ...ive found loads in england and up but none in wales..kinda makes you wannna :bang: laughs
 
hi mate, there is a camera club in cardiff on a thursday night in the cent of cardiff, they seem pretty good, im sure they could point you in the right direction
 
I sometimes get to Cardiff. saying that iv not been for ages now but usually im up that way several times a year.. i would be happy to meet up whenever i AM there.. not that i know much!! :thinking: :thumbs:

If you stay on the forum and become a regular im sure we'll end up getting a meet going.. as with a few other guys on here.. there's a few in neck of the woods..
 
still looking for that help ..looked at courses and collages but most are weekday or start to late for me to get there ..it seams all the one day courses or tutors are all in england :(
 
thx music man ..ill have to take a drive there see how long it takes me to get there i dont finish work till six and the motoway that way is like the wakey races lol
 
Stick it in google maps which will tell you the time of the journey.
 
chuckles i did 37mins may be a proble with the traffic at that time ill take a drive and see one evening

I'm based near Port Talbot and do a fair bit of photography, PM me if your interested, although I'm running down for Crimbo and the moment, the new year looks busy, you could tag along and I'd happly teach you a bit of photography or whatever you need. Wayne
