Have not posted much of late , been busy tracking down these little gem's and finally managed to get some shots .

Thats a lovely shot....I briefly saw one in the dales a few weeks ago, beautiful birds.
 
Fantastic image....beautiful detail and more importantly you have shown they are not really PIED so should be called Many Coloured Flycatcher from now on.

This is a very good shot of the pied flycatcher... I have looked around the net the last few nights trying to find a better shot of one . " So I could say this is what you need matey..." but Yours was the best I have seen so far....


Well done buddy BUT ;) I still think a in flight shot with a fly would be the shot to get.......:nuts:
