Pretty happy how the lighting has came out on the wing, nice to hear your thoughts on this...

The light does show the wing structure and feathers of beautifully, sharp and very well composed shot, superb.
 
Like the first one Joe, nice, sharp and great detail although I think i'd like to see a bit more of the other wing. The second one is in better position in my opinion but a little soft.

Cheers Carl! I know the second one is a tad bit soft, not the best but when you got these buggers flying at you with the 2x on my 70-200mm it struggles to keep up the focusing, Luckily with the first shot he was turning in the air so wasn't going as fast ;)
 
like the first one Joe although i would prefer a slightly looser crop
