Ooo, that's nice. How do you do that?

i did it in ps2 using the "filter" "artisic" "dry brush"....the settings are fun to move around
i used brush size..3 detail..9...texture 1
if you like and appreciate art galleries you can get an idea there of the styles you may be able to do
when i was in camera club showing transparencies i would get this effect by photographing out of focus..usually just short of the subject giving a slightly out of focus?? effect...put your camera on manual focus and see the effect on the screen
they got labelled...fuzzy shots

I quite like that. it reminds me of painting by numbers!

yes i tried those as well...with this technique you can make your worst shot look better...sort of polishing a toad
there are a lot of other effect which are quirky and really personal...
