Manfrotto 055c tripod.

Could anyone tell if there is a specific head that fits the 055c tripod, or would any manfrotto one fit ? How much would i be looking at for a basic head as long as it tilts and turns thats about it i think, or a second hand one. Also would it be stable enough with my D40 and 70-300 lens at the tripods full height

I would imagine most standard heads will fit. They tell you what thread size they fit so you'll not go wrong.
