Manfrotto 401N Quick Action Strap?

Hey guys

Would you recommend this strap, or a bag for that matter?

I have an 055 CXPro4 and the idea is that i can easily and quickly get it out to use with minimal fuss.

Iv'e got a shoulder strap for my 055 that clips on an eye at the top and goes round the bottom of the legs.
Pretty sure its a Giottos one, but they are all basically the same anyway, does what it should although I often just hold it by the legs and carry it over my shoulder.
