Just wondering if anyone has experienced the Neotec tripods/monopods?

They're supposed to be quick to set up (no twist locks, or levers to fiddle with)

It makes me wonder though, how are they if you need to make minor adjustments/reposition?

I've got the 685b monopod, minor adjustments aren't a problem. If you want to raise it, just pull it up by that amount, and if you want to lower it, release the trigger grip and push it down. Simple!

I sold one recently.

It's heavy, and the leg mechanism seems to compromise rigidity. The legs rotate, which makes it awkward to carry (you'll understand when you get hold of one). It's expensive.

But the legs do go up and down very fast!

I'm kind of not that surprised that the design hasn't caught on.

i have a neotech monopod excellent piece of kit quick and all as long as u use it indoors only.

its not water tight. once o2 gets in the mechanism will inevitable rust up
