Manfrotto re-branded as Multiblitz?

There is a used 'Manfrotto' wall boom for sale on a certain auction site. The photo clearly shows it is branded as 'Multiblitz'. I queried this with the seller and he claims Manfrotto make them and Multiblitz re-brand them. I can find no evidence of this anywhere on the internet. Anyone here heard of this happening?

Don't know about Multiblitz, but Manfrotto stuff is available with Arri branding, so it's possible.....

I'm not so sure about Calumet, I always thought there stuff was rebranded Manfrotto, but now I'm pretty sure it's made in China, not Italy...
