Nice ones Tara (y) There seems to be a real glut of these around this year, no idea why, and the same fact was mentioned on a french nature forum a few days ago. I doubt that you're average fly is quite as excited by the resurgence though.

Errr, Yuk!!! That looks really menacing in the second photo :eek:

We've had a couple of mantis in the garden, but whenever I try to get near them they lunge at me!! Oh, the pup quite likes eating them too!!
