I looked at quite a few reviews and the general consensus was that it wasn't. I went for the dhg version and have been happy with it. I think lenstip did a review and comparison of all of the different ones.

Frankly, I don't know, but the review Chris posted suggests that it's a case of diminishing returns. The 'Super' is better, but it's questionable if its performance is sufficient to justify the significantly higher price for most people. Marumi is a reputable brand and I'd go for the DHG, unless someone with experience of using both offers different advice.

Marumi makes very good filters, at competitive prices. The difference between DHG and Super DHG is the easy-clean multi-coating, but if you've ever tried to clean off dried-on rain drops, or (far worse) sea spray - then you'll know the extra money is well spent. Hoya Revo is similar.
Top of the range is Marumi Exus, that uses the lighter-toned polarising material. It's about half a stop lighter, around 1.2 stops compared to the 1.7-ish of regular polarisers. Handy if you need to keep shutter speeds up. Hoya HD is similar.
