Me again! What large camera bag?

Hi guys. I need a bag to put my 40d, lens, flash, etc in but i need to have more space for some A4 paperwork and 2 parcels that are 20cm x 10cm x 5 cm. Not looking to spend over £40. Any suggestions? Thanks
