Lol the presenter is,( at times) like an excited kid 
Interesting to learn how they assessed shutter speeds however , given how the machine is a mechanical device ( not unlike the shutter itself), it could possibly not be 100%accurate ., thus passing on any discrepancies to the shutter mechanisms that it is actually testing.
You may have guessed thatI have limited faith in mechanical devices and even less faith in most human beings

haha, yeah I think they realised that and so baked in the allowed error for the meaurement
