Hi,
i've been wandering these threads for a little while but this is my first thread.
My situation is a have a manfrotto 190xprob with an 805rc2. I primarily use it for travelling and have is strapped to my backpack. As you can imagine, its an absolute beast and i'm fed up of the head fasters stabbing me in the side.
I've scoured the net for a decent carbon travel tripod that will support a d800 with at maximum a 70-200mm. budget of about £200. I've come to crossroads between a mefoto roadtrip or one of the many many other tripods on the benro website! I'm finding it hard to work out the equivalent benro (i appreciate they are the same company) if there is one...
I was wandering what your thoughts are esp with the mefoto. They seem to be going for around the £200 of ebay direct from china. Is there any other tripod i should be looking at.
