Memory Cards for 5D Mk II

Hi Guys,

Stupid question of the week i'm sure but what type of memory card does the 5D Mk II use?

I currently have a 500D and use an SDHC card. Could this be used on the 5D Mk II or does it only take UDMA?

It will only take Compact Flash memory cards (of which this is an example)
