A mesh pencil holder, tried to go for an abstract effect, C&C very welcome

I like the composition, the texture of the mesh, the colours and the DoF. Well done.

Very nice DOF and the colours are nice and warm. I find the background a little distracting unfortunately and would like to see another shot with a plain one in it's place. A large piece of card would work well.

Have you tried rotating 90 deg to the right?

Nice shot, love the DOF really sharp too the mesh makes my eyes go a little funny great image.
