Does anybody in or close to the Newbury area have an old Metz CT45 flashgun in good working order please?
I have dug out my old one whihc was at my parents house and has not been used for about 10-15 years. It was missing the battery holder (long story!) So I picked up one of those cheap ones from India to try it out.
It charges briefly, but then goes quiet and doesn't fully charge. So. Is it the holder, or is it the internals on the flash that are kaput?
I'd like to try it with a proper Metz holder and see if that sorts it out, and maybe try this holder into another gun to see if that might be the problem.
