Will a teleconverter affect the micro focus adjust parameter of a lens so in effect I might have to set a certain lens with a mfa for with and without teleconverter?

Thank you, will the camera recognise the lens (300/4) with and without teleconverter so effectively I now have a 300/4 and a 420/5.6.
 
If it's a Canon Extender, then yes
 
It will also do it with some of the Kenko ones, mine is a 1.4 pro 300 and it is recognised by the cameras.
 
Thanks guys yes it is a kenko 1.4 pro on a sony a77.
