I have, claims to be in Glasgow, the stuff actually comes from Poland and takes ages....

Yeah that's what I was just thinking. Just had my samyang 8mm fisheye delivered and when I checked UPS tracking it said it was from Poland. I questioned them and this was the reply I got off them.

I'm sorry. I did not reply your earlier message as we don't work nights or weekends. Only 7am-3pm Mon-Fri. The parcel was dispatched straight from a supplier in Poland because we faced a temporary shortage. Don't worry though. We used fast UPS shipping and you won't have to pay any extra fees or taxes. All is covered. Hope you receive it shortly and enjoy using the item.

I seen him on ebay recently when searching local (>5 miles apparently) it could be that he genuinely ran out of stock for that item! I might order something cheap to see how fast it arrives, or ask if I can pick it up in person

Iv just Checked his negative feedback and its all because of saying he is in Glasgow when the goods are coming from Poland.

What's that mean?

It means that all he does is take orders and then order the goods himself from his supplier and they ship them direct to the end customer.

I've used him in the past - about 2yrs ago didn't have any probs with the item I ordered but like most have mentioned the deliveries are from Poland....
