Mini DVI Lead for new MacBook Pro

Today I bought my son a new 13" MBP for his Birthday, he studying Digital Music and his 3 year old Windows laptop was on its last legs.

He has a DVI monitor, but the Apple store wanted £25 for a converter, and I then had to buy a DVI lead as well.

Is THIS a suitable product ? If not, could somebody guide towards a something that is ?

Yes but you will probably be better off getting a minidisplay port to dvi adapter then a dvi lead, it will be cheaper

I eventually decided to order these off of Ebay, they arrived Tuesday, sent them to my son Yesterday, and he got them this morning.

Even with the postage down to Bristol it worked out much cheaper.
