that's an amazing pic, can I ask you what technique(s) you used for that? I'd love to try doing a similar shot.

This explains the technique better than I can.

My original shot is a 360 degree panorama (approx 70 shots) taken fro the top of a church tower. Then the above technique applied. The original pano was quite large though, 45,000 pixels wide!

That works a treat I'm always a little on the fence with these type of photo's as I always find I either love the final image or hate it but in this case I've fallen well and truly on the love side of the scale

Very effective, that's a good one in my book. I really like a good planet take. ...damn those pole bits but you cant have everything sometimes.
