Hi all,
I have had a look on the net but its left me a little confused.
I have several old lens (MF) with Minolta MD fit mounts, what it is i`m trying to sell them and I was told these will fit directly onto Sony dslr cameras, am I right or not.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Just for the record here is a photo.

These won't fit directly to a Sony DSLR.

Sony A-mount is based on the Minolta AF mount which superceded the MD mount in the mid-eighties.

OK thanks

Add in the description that they can be used with an adaptor for Sony Nex and 4/3 cameras to broaden the appeal.

Thanks kendo, it's been done already.

An adaptor can be had for Sony A to Minolta MC/MD but it needs a glass element, this degrades the IQ, NEX uses an adaptor with no glass.

You can use an adapter to fit these - but make sure it fits the lens mount...

FIL dealt with SRB Gritum who were very helpful...
