I have just been given the following:

Minolta 7000i
minolta af 70-210
tonika af 28-70
cosina 19-35
minolta program flash 320ci

Question is that if i buy a sony alpha 100 will i be able to use these items.[S3][/S3]

As long as they are af I am pretty sure they will fit any Sony A range if the 70-210 is constant f4 it maybe a 'beercan' which is highly regarded

yeah i think its all compatible with sony A mount. the lenses are definitely compatible its the flash that might be the odd one out.

The lenses will work, but the Sony kit lens (18-70mm) covers a wider range and will probably match or beat the quality of the tokina and cosina lenses.
70-210 could be pretty decent if it's the constant f/4 version.

Flash - don't try it. Voltage will probably be too high for a digital camera and could fry it.
