Hi folks, don't know if this is in the right section but here goes anyway. The other day I had a little go with the video on my 7D and everything was great including sound. My wife has just had a puppy (in labour for weeks!!!!!) and so I did a bit of videoing, everything is fine except I do not have any sound. Have I inadvertently switched something off, anyone have any experience of this? Many thanks.

Where were you watching the playback? On the camera or on a PC?

Sorry, totally off topic but I had a little chuckle to myself at this part!

On the camera. thanks for trying to help.

REALLY REALLY obvious one and don't take this the wrong way but is the volume set at a decent level?

I only say this as I turned it right down once and a few weeks later wondered why there was no sound :bonk:

Ha Ha didn't know it was adjustable so I'll give it go shortly and will let you know the outcome. Thanks again.
