Hi all, wondering if anyone has any experience of mixing Godox and Canon flashes.
I have a Godox AD360IIc and use the x1c trigger to fire it. I also have a bunch of Canon 600ex-RT flashguns. I tested shooting with the x1 trigger on camera, and a 600ex-RT on top of that in the pass-through hotshoe. This allowed me to use the x1 to fire the Godox light, and the Canon speedlite to control additional Canon speedlites at the same time.
All seemed well and good, until yesterday about 45 minutes into a shoot, the Canon flash kept forcing itself into 'Multi' mode when it was on the Godox hotshoe, and as such, wouldn't fire the others off camera. It would reset to Manual, Radio Master as soon as I took it out of the hotshoe, but would flick back to Multi whenever I put it back on the hotshoe.
Anybody had any issues like this? Seems odd that it would work fine for a time, and then start playing silly buggers.
