Looking advice please;

Anyone know the difference between the Canon 1D Mk2N over the Mk2 model please?

Is the Mk2n full frame etc?


Any advice appreciated, thanks.
 
The 1D series uses 1.3x crop sensors. I suppose the difference between the 1Dmk2 and 1Dmk2n is display size/resolution and buffer capacity.
 
The 1D Mk II and the 1D Mk IIN are almost identical. The only external difference is that the latter has a 2½" LCD instead of 2". Internally, the IIN has improved buffering characteristics, new 'Picture Style' image parameters, and the ability to write different formats simultaneously to SD and CF cards.

The mk2 although a very good camera might be getting a little long in the tooth now, will still be able to take great shots but might start to display reliability issues if its had a hard life. I have a mk2 which is still going fine and tbh if the shutter went now I think I'd just get it fixed.
