So, it was long over due but a week long trip to the Isle of Mull coming up at the start of May I decided it was high time I replace my old Manfrotto 393 tripod head with something a bit newer, enter the Wimberley MK II...
THEN, when that arrived it made me realise my old Manfrotto tripod was really due for retirement as well, so a couple of days later it's replacement also arrived at the door, something a little more sturdy and robust...
I've been squeezing every last inch of life out of my old (and given to me) Manfrotto setup for years so it was nice to finally let it gracefully step down and make way for the new toys...mmmmm new toy goodness
Has anyone got the Lens Cover tripod leg covers or wimberley covers? Thinking about picking some up. I've got some for a couple of lenses and they do the job well so figured they might be worth getting for this lot too to make carry etc a little more comfy.
