Although this isn't the same aircraft it was about the same size as this.

Didn't realise people made models at that scale. Fly that in the wrong place and it will get shot down

This one had two fully working jet engines, it sounded just like the real thing.

Awesome engineering skills to build planes at that scale...they don't come in kits, you start off with drawing the plans yourself.

They used to fly smaller models on Cannock Chase till someone got hit in the face with a model prop plane. Flying is banned up there now.

If I'd built something like that I'd be scared to fly it. Its not the kind of thing you want to accidentally pile into the ground first time out.

Jeremy Beadle used to pay £250 for videos of things like that.
