Nice shot, good control over the exposure and light.
Just not entirely sure i like the background though. Possibly shooting the model straight on just using the wall might have been better as the white railing thing is pretty distracting.

the railing isn't good but I like what you've done with the light and the way you've usedit to seperate the black shirt from the black background.

As said the rail is a bit of a distraction, personally Id clone it out, jmo of course.
