Hi all,
I know nothing about electronics so go easy on me.
I've just had this thought (uh-oh...) and wondered if it would work. I imagine not, but here goes.
I have Bowens 500 studio flash heads, and the modelling lamp fittings just look like standard edison fit bulbs, and they give off the typical orange light bulb colour.
They're pretty bright, and I was wondering if it's possible to buy modelling lamps that give off a white light? With the idea of using it as a continuous light for short video clips.
This leads me to the next question, could we not use dimmable edison LED lights on these?
As I say, I'm no electrician so try to refrain from beating me up for stupidity
