I'm having a bit of trouble with posing up my models, I'm never sure what I want from them so I can't tell them what I want them to do. When I decide on something I can't explain what I want them to do anyway...

Thinking about this problem at this silly time of night lead me to this solution: Me being the model and being told what to do by someone who does know what they're doing... And learn from them! I was just wondering if anyone else has done this and if it helped? I hate having my picture taken... But I'd do it for the sake of learning!

Look through piles of magazines. Find the poses that you like. Cut them out. Keep them in a binder/folder/whatever.

Im the same but from my experience of being on the other side of the camera i hated it even more so didnt learn a thing.

it depends how much you hate having your picture taken/modelling as i hate feeling like a t*t so i hated have to pose

advice i have been given though is to look through magazines/catalogues and see what you like and try and recreate it (also look at other peoples pictures they have done)

Hey, thanks for the advice. I might try the modelling anyway, it might be fun :D I've already got quite a few pictures that I want to try and copy, just waiting for my studio now :)
