Looking at getting a new set-up as the monitor I have isn't the best. I use an AG Neovo at work and really like it (x20) and seen a few X-15's going pretty cheap, would they be any good for photographic work as at the time they were high end LCDs. (I know they are not huge but would have more than one going at a time.

IPS is the way forward with displays. Take a look at the Ultrasharps from Dell, either the 24" or 27". They are pricey but a good standard for photographic work.

The 27" is on a par with the Apple Thunderbolt display in terms of visual quality.

I went for a ViewSonic VX2336s after reading good reviews

AG Neovo aren't high end. :)

What's your budget for a new monitor? I can suggest loads of stuff, but I need to know your budget.

Dells are OK at a budget but for decent stuff you'll want Eizo/NEC. That being said you'll be paying quite the premium for the professional stuff.
