Mono Pod?

Looking for a Monopod and head. Any opinions on the redsnapper? I have the redsnapper tripod and have had no problems, or could you recomend a different mono pod?

what head would be suitable?

I use a Camlink monopod, my dad chose it for me as a present as it was the tallest he could find, I'm 6'3 and rarely even extend the lowest section, it is that tall.

Head wise I use a Giottos as I use their quick release plates on my tripod.

I have the Manfrotto Neotec, it's awesome - no locks, one click release.
It's expensive but saves seconds every time it's used - they add up.
