Monopod Recomendations

Hi All
Being the owner of dodgy back and soon to be the owner of a 150-500mm lens, can anyone recommend a robust monopod that will take the weight of the camera (Pentax K-R) and the lens. I will be using the combo for wildlife and motorsport.

Feisol. I have the small carbon fiber CM1401 one and use it with a 300mm f2.8 and a d7100 without problem. Non twist legs and really good value.I sold my big carbon fiber Gitozo.

Recently bought a Giottos MML3270B on here, it's rated at 10kg (or maybe 12kg) without a head. Nice build quality, good solid construction and raises to a good height too, think it retails for about £40 new (amazon etc) and it's a bargain at that I'd say.
