[FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]What remains of the medieval castle was built towards the later part of the 13th century by the princes of Powys Fadog. [/FONT] [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]During the wars between Llywelyn ap Gruffydd, Prince of Wales and Edward I of England the castle was burnt by the Welsh before it was captured in 1277 by Henry de Lacy, earl of Lincoln. [/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]It was not repaired and ceased to be used after the 1280s.

That looks like a cracking location :) 1st and last shots for me! Probably slight over HDRed for some, but I like them! amazing view in the first one and some agile sheep :) good stuff (y)

It was definately worth the hike imo!

I think i like the first the best. Are they HDR'd?
