Never seen a ladybird larvae myself (not even a slightly blurry one ;) ) but I've seen enough pictures on here to recognise one :)

The subject is a bit too central in most of these. That second one particularly with the nice diagonal leaf would look a lot better with the bug on a third.
 
I agree - nice shots but closer crops all round would really improve them.

You need to learn to bin shots like No3 though. ;)

I think it's a Ladybird larvae - destined to become erm a Ladybird. I could well be wrong though.
 
No you are right it is the larval stage of Harmonia axyridis, most commonly known as the Harlquin Ladybird. AKA Asian Ladybug.
