Well today was a busy day for mainline steam. I managed to get three of the tours that were running, A4's 60007 Sir Nigel Gresley and 60019 Bittern, and also 34067 Tangmere which was running towards the capital from the Swanage Railway.
Starting with an a fairly early start from Woking, the first port of call was Wandsworth Road. Never been to this station before let alone taken photographs so was pot luck really, but 60019 Bittern put on a good show as it worked hard towards the station

From here it was a short dash down to Farnborough to see it come through the station, the original plan was to go to woking to see it but it was cutting it very fine in the end so opted for Farnborough, here it can be seen pounding through on the Fast line:

From here we saw it come in at London Waterloo, only real shots that were on was ones of the crew, then on to our last loco, 60007 Sir Nigel Gresley back at its home, Kings Cross
but we got there about 15 minutes before it was due in to be greeted by the bloody thing sitting at the blocks!! So this is the loco being dragged out and as you will see on my flickr i have cheated on the sepia one lol
