More on the 1290 Printer

Since my last post, I have now printed using 2 different computers. One is XP and the other is Vista HOme Premium. With both machines there is a brown cast to all prints . Have spoken to Epson and cleaned the heads and fitted new cartridges. Any thoughts as to what might be wrong?:help::bang::bonk:
