Took a few photos at Moscow Zoo earlier in the summer. Here's a couple of my favourites, will post more later.

#1 - well caught with the fly, but the whites are a bit bright for me..
#2 - great pose - that's a proper facepalm there! Was it taken through glass? Seems a little... hazy?

Like them both though!

1 - yes... you're absolutely right. I will twiddle with it.

2 - yes, through scratched thick perspex. considering that I was surprised I got anything good at all!

I'm afraid the first does nothing for me, even with the fly, as I can't see the eyes.

Nice pose on the second, it could do with adding more contrast or upping the blacks.

If you want to emphasis the fly, (relationship) a tightener crop, say 1 x 1 plus bringing the vibrance up a little may help

needs brightening up and pp ...... but this is what I mean, composition wise
