Move the centre of the perspective?

Now, that is going to be difficult to explain.

I took a picture along the road with the camera being in the middle of the road. Centre of the perspective is in the middle of the picture where the road is meeting the horizon.
It looks like letter "A", like that: / \

Now I want to move that point (top of letter A) to the left, but what I want is that the rest of the photograph will automatically adjust itself.So that the final effect will look like that: |\
Is it possible somehow to just grab one point of the photograph, move it, and the rest will follow?

I my explanation is not very clear I will attach some photos later on.

you can do something like that in photoshop but you will get some stretching and distortion.

I think the warp tool will do it.

No, it's far more complex than a 2D warp or transform. To do a convincing job on this the image would need some depth information. Depending on how complex the scene is to start with it could mean a great deal of work.
