Hey guys, does moving jpegs around (say, from card to desktop ) degrade the image the same as opening & saving does ?

Cut/Copy and paste will not have any affect, but rotating them in WinXP in Windows Picture and Fax Viewer will reduce quality dont know about Vista and Win7
