A few weeks ago I bought a used Canon 100-400L from MPB photographic that has sadly turned out to be a complete lemon.
I'm currently waiting for Parcel Force to collect it (nice that MPB cover the return cost unlike a lot of places).
My question is has anyone returned a used Canon lens to MPB under warranty and how long did it take for you to get the lens back and do you know if they use Canon Elstree for repairs?
I'm gutted about this lens but at least with the help of tdodd I know it wasn't down to my technique.
The weather is starting to change and I am eager to get out to do more wildlife photography.
