I've got one. It's pretty much peerless in the high magnification world unless bellows are your thing. An MT-24, as D_M says, is essential as regular ringflashes won't cover the subject at the higher numbers.
Coverage Eddie, the subject will be inside the circle covered by the flash. I tried the MR-14EX with my MP-E and the front face of the subject was poorly illuminated compared to the sides.
