Would you not just use a SATA 6.0 anyway as its backwards compatible?

This was a bargain price for a 256Gb mSATA drive that suits machines designed to take that format. My Dell has space for 2 drives: conventional 2.5" SATA and an mSATA card, and this was ideal. A dfferent format would not fit.
