Hey all - just a quick question for anyone who has/had/used this bag, do you reckon it has enough space for:
A gripped 40D, if not then regular, with attached 17-70
70-200 f4
Sigma 30 1.4/Canon 50mm 1.8
430EX II

Or could someone give me a vague idea of the equipment they can get in thiers. Pictures would be much appreciated. If not, then I might just go for it and see what happens!

Cheers

Hmmmm I'm not sure. I don't think you will fit it in if you can it will be a little tight. Best idea is to find somewhere local and try the bag out, but the muffin top seems to have been discontinued so finding one may be difficult.

I tried one a few month ago but with different lenses and body, 500D with 24-70 2.8L mounted and the 70-200 2.8 with a 580EX2 plus the 50 1.8 and the 18-55. I think it was ok on height and depth but not width ways so just not enough room to fit everything in, it was a choice between the flash or the 2 smaller lenses. But as I wanted somewhere to store everything as well as carry everything if needed I went for the new delhi 620

Ahh okay, thanks for the response. Thought it might be a bit of a squeeze. Not really many camera shops close-by to be honest. I'll have a look at the next range up, they are a fair bit more expensive though aren't they?

I'd say yes! (tried typing a reply to this a few hours ago but my internet died :( )

In mine I have:

50D + Tamron 17-50
70-200 f/2.8
430EX
100mm macro, or 85mm f/1.8

If you used the same configuration, the 50mm or 30mm will fit where the my 100/85mm lives, and all will be good! Only downside is it isn't deep enough to store the body attached to the 70-200, everything else is fine

Thanks to both Chris' - that sounds good. Is the 50D gripped? I'm not 100% sure if I'm keeping my grip just yet, but to be on the safe side ..

Sounds good to me though, might just go for it and if it isn't quite right then I'm sure I'd be able to sell it on. Also, did the 70-200 have hood attached or inverted etc?

I'll check out the Messenger 8000 too, see what meets needs best!

Thanks to both of you
