multiple copies

I have managed to import pictures three times, I didn't have " do not import suspected copies" ticked and now have three copies of a lot of photos in my library.
Is it possible to delete the copies leaving just one file of each pic automatically or do I have to remove each one manually ?

It sounds you're using Lightroom. If so I think the simple answer is they've got to be deleted manually.

However provided the duplicates have the same file name, you can use the search function to find the duplicates.
