Hi I'm in N.E. Lancs. Does anyone know of a regular spot for this sort of action. Leighton is quiet i'm told. The Pier at Blackpool is the only other alternative I know. Any suggestions would bw appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Leighton Moss near Silverdale. I've always found them in the past.
Not been this winter though.

Hi John. I believe Brockholes & Martinmere reported murmurations Oct/Nov, but haven't heard if they are still present.

John, I reckon if you can get down to The Peak District, that might be your best bet. Jan 2017 report approx. 70,000 starlings showing.
