I also like #2 and #3 the best. While the composition is a bit central the DOF is good in both and as others have said there is a good level of detail in #3.

#1 - No real focal point for me and the OOF grass in the foreground just gets in the way.
#4 - I don't think this is the most interesting angle or DOF.
